This design of Starfleet uniforms was used in the 2360s. it consisted of a two piece uniform. The top was primarily black but prominently displayed the wearer's division color on the chest, back and sleeves, as well as in piping along the shoulders, collar, and pant cuffs. It had an enclosed collars and black cuffs on the sleeves. It was worn with black pants and boots.
A combadge was worn on the left breast, and the ranks were displayed on the right collar. Phasers were worn at all times in silver belts with an offset buckle, in the shape of a gold Starfleet Delta.

Crewmen wore form-fitting jumpsuits, primarily black but prominently displaying the wearer's division color on the chest, back, and sleeves, as well as in piping along the shoulders, collar, and pant cuffs.
A combadge was on the left breast, and they had no rank insignia. Their phasers were held in a Federation Sam Browne belt.
